JADE ROLLER A HOAX OR A SKINCARE RITUAL? Full Honest Review

A mistake which I made in my early 20s, When Jade roller was newly introduced into the market, I assumed it was a hoax and all hyped up!!

It's never too late. After several research on Jade stone and how it contributes to improve your skin texture, I ordered a Jade roller from Nykaa and I introduced this skin ritual to my weekly regime. Usage of certain tools into your skincare can make such a difference to your face.

Jade Roller looks a Paint roller, made from Solid Jade Stone which signifies Purity, Harmony and Balance as these stones contains certain amount of energy in them.

• The gentle pressure created against your face helps to stimulate blood circulation and leave the facial muscles more relaxed. It encourages lymphatic drainage which boosts the skin's natural detoxification process.
• By drawing away toxins, this creates a gentle toning and lifting effect to your face.

How to Use it to get maximum benefits?

1. Damp your face with your favourite Face Oil, Cream/moisturiser. 
• Note:- DO NOT USE it on bare face as this can create friction on your face and leads to breakout and other skin related issues.
2. Once your skin is dampened, You are all set to go into relaxation mode.
3. Use the roller on your face and move it in outwards direction from your nose till hair line, Repeat same step for both sides of face.
4. Upwards on your Forehead and massage in only upward or outwards DO NOT go downwards/Inward.
5. Move down to your chin, and roll out towards the bottom of your ears. Next, roll above the eyebrows towards your hairline. Take extra care around the eyes. To end, very gently roll down the sides of your neck and towards the center of your clavicle.
6. Repeat for 5- 7 minutes.

Advise:- Keep your roller in the fridge before use, It really gives you the soothing and cooling effect. 😎😎💓💓
